This is the basic product in our range. For years we have specialised in high-strength (HT – high tenacity) PA6 polyamide yarns, manufactured to our order and based on constant and proven parameters.

Dyed polyester thermoregulatory yarns COOLMAX® and COOLMAX® ALL SEASONS
We believe in the power of thermoregulation and its impact on body comfort. For years, we have been helping customers design the best sportswear backed up by the most recognizable thermoregulation brand in the world – COOLMAX® made from staple and filament fibres using this state-of-the-art technology. Our main customers are sock manufacturers.
As little as 30% of COOLMAX® fibres knitted into the sock construction provide effective and noticeable thermoregulation that lasts throughout the product’s life cycle. We represent two of the most renowned European dyeing houses: the Italian MONTICOLOR and the German SPINNEREI LAMPERTSMUHLE.

Dyed polyester thermoregulatory yarns THERMOLITE® THERMOLITE® ALL SEASONS
Effective thermoregulation requires protection from the cold, and no synthetic fibre can do this better than THERMOLITE®. Its insulating efficiency to weight ratio is unmatched, and its construction is based on the structure of polar bear hair.
As little as 40% THERMOLITE® fibres knitted into the sock construction provide effective and noticeable insulation on the coldest days and increase the perceived temperature in the shoes and to regardless of whether the sock is dry or wet.

Beyond functionality, textile products require appropriate aesthetics
Sewing threads and yarns for pattern making PA6 and PA6.6
Although the share of these raw materials is often small in single product, the quality requirements imposed on them are no lower than those imposed on main yarns. Poor sewing or patterning yarn worsens the production process and can negatively affect the appearance and functionality.

Traditionally, we rely on the best suppliers: Slovenian company BETI and German company OTEX. Their yarns are made with respect for environmental conditions, work ethics and the highest standards for chemical purity and repeatability of parameters – both in terms of colours and elasticity.
